Shipping policy

At Go2buy Australia, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post, Aramex, or Courier Please.

  • If you prefer Australia Post delivery, please use a PO Box address at checkout.

  • We may change the carrier at our discretion to ensure the most efficient delivery.


2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your postcode and carrier service.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.


3. Delivery & Signatures

  • Signatures are not required for standard delivery. Parcels may be left in a safe place at the discretion of the carrier.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the parcel is delivered to your nominated address, including safe-drop deliveries, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • If the parcel is returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal, or failure to collect from a pick-up location, a redelivery fee will apply.


4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure that your shipping details (name, address, phone, and email) are accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Go2buy Australia is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • You are responsible for monitoring your tracking information and contacting the carrier if redelivery arrangements are required.

  • Any additional charges (e.g., re-delivery, redirection, or storage fees) are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, COVID restrictions).

  • We are not liable for losses arising from delayed deliveries (e.g., missed events or deadlines).

  • If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, in line with your rights under the ACL.


6. Authority to Leave (Safe Drop)

  • By purchasing from us, you authorise the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe location at your delivery address if no one is available.

  • Go2buy Australia is not responsible for parcels that are stolen, lost, or damaged after being delivered to your nominated address.


7. International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within Australia. International orders are not supported unless otherwise agreed in writing.
